GSK Chicks hatch

Issue Date: 9 November 2009

The first Great Spotted Kiwi chicks for the season have hatched. Both chicks are from the Paparoa region. The first of the Hawdon chicks are due to hatch in the next few days. We currently have 6 eggs incubating and 2 chicks.
