Kiwi recovery

Over 500 kiwi chicks have been cared for in our purpose-built kiwi breeding centre. Of those, more than 370 have hatched there and others have arrived as juveniles.

Biodiversity Work

Trapping programmes in the Carlyle Valley, Cass, Craigieburn Forest Park and along Styx River have caught 500+ predators both is 2019 and 2020.

Education

We offer visits to schools and community groups with programmes designed to stimulate and interest both students and adults. Who wouldn't want to meet a tuatara in their school!
